What affects the price?
The final price of an outdoor advertising campaign depends on these four main factors.
Location
City, area and traffic level. A billboard in central Madrid can cost 3-5x more than in a medium-sized city. Locations next to motorway access points or premium shopping centres have differentiated rates.
Duration
The standard minimum unit is a fortnight (14 days). From campaigns of one quarter (45 days) onwards, discounts of 10-20% apply. Half-year or annual campaigns can achieve up to 35% discount.
Season
High advertising demand periods (Christmas: November-January, Sales: January/July, Summer: June-August) carry rates 15-30% higher. Low season (February-March, October) offers the best conditions.
Volume
Booking multiple formats in the same campaign generates volume discounts. From 5 formats, 10-15% discount. For national coverage campaigns with 20+ formats, discounts can exceed 25%.
